Prohibited content includes fake reviews, manipulation, threats, hate, harassment, impersonation, irrelevant promotion, confidential information, personal contact details, and unsupported accusations presented as proven fact.
Your responsibilities
Businesses may respond to reviews and report content. A report does not automatically remove a review. Reports are assessed under consistent criteria; paying for platform features does not change moderation.

We may remove, restrict, or label content that violates these guidelines or applicable law. Moderation is not a guarantee that every published statement is true.
